(Key Events - Must be the same person for all dates): * One chef to cover these specific dates: May 20th, June 16th, July 12th, and August 10th.



**Your Responsibilities**
* Executing high-quality A La Carte service during events and peak periods.
* Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards of the Oslofjord kitchen.
* Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless service flow.
* Maintaining strict adherence to food safety and HACCP regulations.
**Qualifications**
* Proven Experience: You have solid experience as an A La Carte Chef.
* Reliability: For Role 2, you must be able to commit to all four specific dates to ensure continuity.
* Speed &amp; Precision: You work efficiently under pressure without compromising on quality.
* Professionalism: You are a team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
* You will need to have your own car to get to and from the hotel. We have free parking.

## Are you looking for an exciting summer job at one of Norway’s most impressive venues? We are looking for 4 motivated Kitchen Assistants to join our team for two busy periods this summer.
## As a Kitchen Assistant at Oslofjord Convention Center, you’ll be right in the heart of the action, helping our chefs deliver high-quality dining experiences to hundreds of guests.
**The Details**
To ensure consistency and quality, we are looking for candidates who can commit to both of the following periods:

- Period 1: June 4th – June 15th
- Period 2: July 10th – August 23rd



**Your Role**
You will be an essential part of the kitchen flow. Your tasks will include:

- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation and &quot;mise en place.&quot;
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Assisting with plating and serving for large-scale events.
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.




**Who Are You?**

- You are hardworking, punctual, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a positive attitude and work well in a team.
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic is most important!
- Requirement: You must be available for both time periods listed above.
