Hiring: Waiting Staff & Kitchen Assistants in Grünerløkka! At Staffers, we are excited to help Vesterbro AS build their new crew! After two successful years as a popular café in upper Grünerløkka (formerly known as Brinner), the venue is undergoing a total transformation. In March, they will reopen as a vibrant Bar & Kitchen with a fresh concept and a new identity. Vesterbro AS will focus on curated beer and wine, paired with high-quality, simple dishes. We are now looking for motivated professionals to join their international team via the Staffers platform. The Roles: Waiting Staff & Kitchen Assistants This is a perfect opportunity for students or anyone looking for a steady side-hustle (15–50% positions) in one of Oslo’s trendiest neighborhoods.

Waiting Staff: We are primarily seeking candidates who are fluent in Norwegian or Danish, as well as English. You will be the face of the new concept, providing top-tier service in a fast-paced environment. Kitchen Assistants: Assisting with food prep, plating simple lunch and dinner dishes, and ensuring the kitchen remains efficient and clean. English is the primary language in the kitchen.

Important Dates Re-launch: Mid-March. Training: All successful applicants must be available for training starting in Week 11. What We’re Looking For Vesterbro AS’s reputation is built on outstanding service. We are looking for Staffers users who: Have Experience: You’ve worked in a restaurant, bar, or kitchen environment before. Are Proactive: You have a "can-do" attitude and can handle a busy evening rush with a smile. Communicate Well: Waiting staff must master a Scandinavian language (NO/DK) and English; Kitchen staff must be comfortable in an English-speaking environment. Are Reliable: You are ready to commit to the training schedule and help launch this new concept successfully.

The Vibe & Hours Vesterbro AS is a multicultural workplace. Opening hours are 11:00 – 00:00 (Tuesday–Sunday). Shifts are mainly in the evenings, and the venue is closed on Mondays.
