🍽️ Join Us at Klosteret – We're Hiring an Independent Chef! 👨🍳✨
Klosteret, a fine dining restaurant in Oslo established in 1899, is seeking a talented chef to join our kitchen team. We have one full-time (100%) position available, starting as soon as possible (October). This position requires evening and weekend work, aligning with our operating hours from Tuesday to Sunday.

- A passion for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests
- Experience with international cuisine and being creative.
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques and presentation
- Ability to work in a structured and efficient manner during meal services
- Collaborative spirit, contributing to a positive work environment with the team
- Attention to detail in food preparation, safety, and hygiene standards
- Previous experience in a fine dining or high-quality kitchen setting
- Proficiency in English, with knowledge of Norwegian being an advantage
🎯 Responsibilities

Prepare and present dishes according to our established routines

Adhere to our food handling and hygiene protocols, ensuring a clean and organized workspace

Follow guidelines of our culinary concept while introducing innovative ideas

Collaborate closely with service staff, bar, kitchen, and other departments to ensure seamless operations

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas according to our cleaning plans

Contribute actively to a supportive and cooperative atmosphere among colleagues
