**Key Duties and Responsibilities:**



Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service to all guests



Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service



Collaborate closely with the bar, kitchen, and floor team to deliver a seamless guest experience



Handle payments accurately and follow opening/closing routines



Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment



**Requirements**:



Experience from a restaurant, wine bar, or similar service environment



Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in hospitality



Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure



Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset



Fluent in Norwegian or English

## Your responsibilities

- Lead and inspire a skilled kitchen team in an energetic and diverse house.
- Develop and refine menus with a focus on pizza, pasta, and Italian small plates – seasonal, accessible, and creative.
- Ensure smooth daily operations: orders, inventory, and cost control.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and consistency.


- Work closely with the restaurant manager and bar team to deliver memorable guest experiences.




## Who you are

- A chef with proven leadership experience (Head Chef or Sous Chef).


- Passionate about Italian food, especially pizza and Italian classics.
- Creative, quality-focused, and able to balance tradition with modern trends.
