Grill Chef Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • ensuring the food is made to the exacting company standards
  • engaging with customers to give the full Doug's experience
  • stock control and rotation
  • maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

  • experience with high volume venues
  • comprehensive knowledge of Norwegian food laws / allergen awareness
