- ensuring the food is made to the exacting company standards
- engaging with customers to give the full Doug's experience
- stock control and rotation
- maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
- experience with high volume venues
- comprehensive knowledge of Norwegian food laws / allergen awareness
