Klosteret, a fine dining restaurant in Oslo established in 1899, is seeking a talented chef to join our kitchen team. We have one full-time (100%) position available, starting as soon as possible (October). This position requires evening and weekend work, aligning with our operating hours from Tuesday to Sunday.

  • Proficiency in English, with knowledge of Norwegian being an advantage

🎯 Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present dishes according to our established routines
  • Adhere to our food handling and hygiene protocols, ensuring a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow guidelines of our culinary concept while introducing innovative ideas
  • Collaborate closely with service staff, bar, kitchen, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas according to our cleaning plans
  • Contribute actively to a supportive and cooperative atmosphere among colleagues
