We are seeking a talented chef to join our fine dining team a Le Pere. We have one full-time position available, starting on ASAP. The contract is permanent, and the role will require evening and weekend shifts.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills with staff across departments
- Fluent in Norwegian or English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings
🎯 Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes according to established procedures and profitability goals
- Carry out daily mise en place for lunches, conference dinners, and events
- Follow hotel standards for ingredient handling and hygiene
- Adhere to our set culinary guidelines and ensure consistency in execution
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, storage areas, and preparation spaces
- Foster good cooperation between service staff, bar, kitchen, and other departments
- Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
