We are seeking a talented chef to join our fine dining team a Le Pere. We have one full-time position available, starting on ASAP. The contract is permanent, and the role will require evening and weekend shifts.

🎯 Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present dishes according to established procedures and profitability goals
  • Carry out daily mise en place for lunches, conference dinners, and events
  • Follow hotel standards for ingredient handling and hygiene
  • Adhere to our set culinary guidelines and ensure consistency in execution
  • Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, storage areas, and preparation spaces
  • Foster good cooperation between service staff, bar, kitchen, and other departments
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
