- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to follow strict hygiene and food safety standards
- Proficiency in English, with knowledge of Norwegian being a plus
🎯 Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes that meet our quality standards
- Conduct daily mise en place and manage ingredient preparation
- Follow our restaurant's guidelines for ingredient handling and hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, storage areas, and workstations
- Collaborate with team members in the kitchen, bar, and service areas
- Contribute to menu planning and implementation according to our dining concept
- Ensure smooth operations during service, especially during busy times
