Kaigata 1 Bar AS, located in the heart of Haugesund, is seeking a skilled chef to join our team. We are looking for one full-time position (100%) starting on September 1, 2025. This is a permanent role. Expect to work evenings and weekends as part of your schedule.

- Experience cooking in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to follow established routines and profitability goals
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with service staff, bar, and kitchen team
- Fluent in Norwegian or English
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen setting is a plus
🎯 Responsibilities
- Prepare and present quality dishes in line with our casual dining concept
- Daily mise en place for lunch, conference dinners, and events
- Follow the hotel's guidelines for ingredient handling and hygiene
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and storage areas
- Adapt recipes to suit our diverse menu while ensuring high standards are met
- Contribute to a positive work atmosphere and good cooperation among colleagues
