Utsikten Bistro & Bar is looking for talented chefs to join our vibrant team in Nordmela! We are offering two full-time positions (100%) with a start date as soon as possible. If you are passionate about creating quality meals in a welcoming environment, we want to hear from you! 🔍 What we are looking for: A creative chef with a passion for cooking and a commitment to high-quality food. Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen, but also thrive when there is less activity. A positive attitude, even during peak hours. Team player who values collaboration and respect. Fluent in Norwegian or English Previous experience from a restaurant or pub kitchen/bistro. Experience from catering and parties is a plus. 🎯 Responsibilities Prepare and present dishes in line with our varied menu Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety regulations Ensure smooth kitchen operations, especially during busy times Keep a well-organized and structured workplace. Menu planning and ingredient preparation Daily control of food preparations. Contribute to training and quality of food also for the rest of the team Assist with cost calculations.
