Holtsmark Mathus is seeking a dedicated full-time waiter/waitress who is ready to deliver exceptional service in a high-end, food and beverage environment. We take pride in offering our guests premium culinary experiences with a focus on local and Norwegian ingredients 🇳🇴🍽️
As a privately run food & beverage company, we hold the exclusive rights to all food and drink services at Øvre Sem Gård. From corporate events and birthday celebrations to weddings and school proms — we handle it all 🥂🎉 In 2026, we’ll be moving into a brand new, purpose-built restaurant located in the barn on the farm 🏗️🍷
🧾 Your responsibilities will include:
Creating unforgettable guest experiences 💫
Collaborating with your team and hotel staff to ensure smooth service 🤝
Handling payments and being confident with POS systems 💳🖥️
Managing flexible work hours — breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night shifts ⏰🍳🌙
Providing knowledgeable service in both wine and bar offerings 🍷🍸
✅ What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
A strong service mindset and passion for guest experience 🌟
Solid experience with wine and bar service
Based in or near Asker, or able to commute independently (due to late hours, having a car is an advantage) 🚗
Someone who brings energy, personality, and professionalism to the team ✨

About the company
We are a restaurant and catering company located at Øvre Sem Gård. Øvre Sem Gård is a small conference hotel by Semsvannet in Asker. We have different types of events, conference, 5- course dinner, weddings etc. We want to give our guest a high level experience from the start to the end. Our food contains high quality ingredients sourced directly from local farmers and producers, so we can offer a truly unique and delicious dining experience.
