We are seeking a talented chef to join our Mediterranean kitchen in Sandvika. We have one full-time (100%) position available, starting on November 21, 2025 and until December 20th. The role requires evening and weekend availability.

• Strong organizational skills in daily mise en place and meal preparation for lunch, conferences, and events
• Knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards

• Capable of keeping the kitchen, storage areas, and workspaces clean and fresh
• Enjoys collaborating with the service team, bar, kitchen, and other departments
• Good communication in fluent Norwegian or English
• Previous experience in a fine dining kitchen environment

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with established cleaning plans
• Ensure a positive work environment through collaboration and teamwork with colleagues

• Contribute to planning and preparation for all meal services, including special events
• Support the overall operation of the kitchen during busy service times
