Huset Tønsberg is seeking dedicated chefs to join our team! We have two full-time positions available, starting ASAP: This is a permanent contract, and the role includes evening and weekend shifts. It will be a shifts through Staffers until Christmas and hiring directly after the periode if both parties are happy.

- Experience in preparing dishes according to established routines and profit goals
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen, service, and bar teams
- Strong organisational skills and a structured approach to mise en place
- Fluent in Norwegian or English
🎯 Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with our casual dining concept
- Execute daily mise en place and prepare for lunch and event meals
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens, back areas, and storage according to hygiene plans
- Follow guidelines within the set concept and adhere to our operational standards
- Foster a positive work environment and collaboration among team members
- Contribute to menu updates and seasonal menu changes as needed
