Stord Hotel is seeking a dedicated chef to join our kitchen team. We have one full-time position (100%) available, starting in September/October (flexible start) until January 2026.

Strong passion for creating memorable dining experiences
Experience working in a professional a la carte kitchen
Understanding of food handling and hygiene standards
Committed to maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and storage areas
Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude towards collaboration
Fluent in Norwegian or English

🎯 Responsibilities

Prepare and present high-quality dishes for are a la carte restaurant.
Prepare food for breakfast and banquets/events.
Ensure daily mise en place for lunches, conference dinners, and events
Follow hotel guidelines for ingredient management and hygiene practices
Collaborate effectively with service, bar, kitchen, and other departments
Keep the kitchen and storage areas clean and organized
Contribute to a positive work environment and good teamwork
