Bartender – Hotel Union Geiranger Season 2026 – with possibilities for permanent employment

Hotel Union Geiranger is looking for a passionate and service-minded bartender to join our team for the 2026 season.

Our classic hotel bar and lounge offer cocktails, local craft beers, wines, sparkling wines, and a warm atmosphere for guests from all over the world. In addition to bar service, there is also light food service in the bar and lounge area.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working actively with guests — both behind the bar and out on the floor. The right candidate is outgoing, professional, energetic, and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences in a classic hotel environment.

Main Responsibilities Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages Providing excellent guest service in the bar and lounge Light food service and table service Maintaining cleanliness and high service standards Creating a welcoming and social atmosphere for guests Working closely with the restaurant and hotel team Qualifications Experience from bar, restaurant, or hotel service is preferred Interest in cocktails, wine, and beverages Positive attitude and strong communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Flexible and service-oriented English speaking required (Scandinavian language is a plus) We Offer A unique workplace in beautiful Geiranger An international and professional working environment Competitive conditions Staff accommodation if needed Opportunities for development and possible permanent employment after the season
