Staffers is helping Stord Hotell find two talented, reliable, and energetic chefs to join their kitchen team for the upcoming 2026 season. Stord pride themselves on delivering high-quality dining experiences, from busy breakfast services to elegant à la carte dinners and large-scale events. What They Offer: Competitive Pay: 270 NOK per hour + Tips. Guaranteed Hours: Full-time position (100%) from mid-May through November. Work-Life Balance: Unique opportunity to take 14 days of consecutive leave after August 15th—perfect for a mid-season refresh or a trip home! Affordable Housing: We provide comfortable staff accommodation for only 5,000 – 6,000 NOK per month, making it easy for you to settle in and save.
What You Bring: Professional culinary training or significant experience in high-volume or fine-dining kitchens. A strong work ethic and the ability to maintain high standards during the peak summer rush. Expertise in various cuisines (experience with international or Nordic flavors is a plus). A team-player attitude—we value a positive, professional kitchen culture.
