We are seeking a talented Pizzaiolo to join our team at Riviera Hotel in Moss This is a full-time (100%) position, starting ASAP to 30.08.25

• Skilled in traditional pizza-making techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues
• Fluent in Norwegian or English
• Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant kitchen

🎯 Responsibilities

• Create and bake a variety of pizzas according to our fine dining concept
• Prepare fresh dough and select high-quality ingredients
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
• Ensure an organized and efficient kitchen workflow
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop unique pizza offerings
• Help in training junior kitchen staff as required
