🍽️ Join Our Culinary Team at Ferskvaren – We Are Hiring Chefs for summer season! 👨🍳✨
Ferskvaren AS, a casual fine dining restaurant and delicatesy store nestled in the heart of Odda, and Langhuset AS, our newly opened restaurant in a Norwegian stav church is on the lookout for passionate chefs to join our team. We have two full-time (100%) positions available, starting ASAP and until 01.10 with the possibility of extension. The role will require you to work evenings and weekends in a dynamic and engaging kitchen environment.

- Create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests
- Prepare dishes according to established routines and profitability goals
- Perform daily mise en place for lunches and catering events
- Adhere to our kitchen's guidelines for ingredient handling and hygiene practices
- Maintain the kitchen and storage areas to ensure they are clean and fresh
- Foster good relations between service, bar, kitchen, and other departments
- Contribute to a harmonious work environment and cooperation with colleagues
- Follow the set food concept while producing high-quality dishes
