About the position

Jaktbaren belongs to the hotel Bårdshaug Herregård at Orkanger. Our goal is to give the local population and visitors a good bar experience. Jaktbaren primarily targets an adult audience, and we want our bar to be a place where drink expertise, excellent service, atmospheric surroundings and good music colour the guests’ experience.

Jaktbaren opening hours:

• Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7:00 pm to 1:00 am. The guests can stay until 1:30 am.
• Friday and Saturdays from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am. The guests can stay until 2:30 am.
• The bar is closed on Sundays and Mondays for you to have free time.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare mice-en-place before opening
• Upsell and additional sale
• Ensures that guests always receive quality service
• Handling Micros restaurant system, payment and daily settlement
• Closing routins

You:

• have worked as / have experience as a bartender
• are outgoing and positive
• are enthusiastic and committed
• can handle stress and work effectively
• are genuinely interested in bartending
• speak Norwegian, Swedish or fluent English
• passionate about quality and service
• like making a good atmosphere around you
• have good communication skills
