Fjelleventyret, a boutique mountain retreat in the stunning wilderness of Skjåk, Norway, is seeking an independent Polish Chef to lead our kitchen and guest service this summer. This is a rare opportunity to "own" your own space in a high-end, intimate mountain setting.

• The Details Period: June 15th – August 1st, 2026. Hours: 160–180 hours per month. Location: Vassgangen 24, 2690 Skjåk. Perks: Free accommodation and meals provided during shifts. Hiring Partner: This position is managed exclusively via Staffers.no.
• The Role: The Heart of the House Because we are a small, intimate retreat, you are more than just a chef—you are the conductor of the guest experience. You will often work solo, managing both the kitchen and the service for up to 30 guests.
• The Menu focuses on high-quality mountain comfort food: Artisanal Pizzas (3 signature styles) Premium Steaks & Gourmet Burgers Fresh Sandwiches & Vibrant Salads From prepping the perfect dough to welcoming guests with a smile and serving the final plate, you will have full operational ownership during your shift.
• Who You Are Polish Chef: We are specifically looking for a Polish chef for this seasonal role. Whether you are already in Norway or looking for a summer contract abroad, we want to hear from you. The Independent Professional: You are organized, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy the "one-person-show" dynamic. The Outdoors Enthusiast: Our location is remote and rugged.
