Chef de Partie / À La Carte Chef (Short-Term Contract)

Stord Hotel – Immediate Start through April 30th

Are you a skilled chef looking for a high-intensity, rewarding short-term assignment? Stord Hotel is seeking a professional, independent À La Carte Chef to join our kitchen team immediately.

This is a perfect opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the independence of managing a station or service solo.

The Role As our temporary À La Carte Chef, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality culinary experiences. Your primary focus will be:

Independent Service: Confidently managing à la carte service, often taking the lead on your own station.

Quality Control: Maintaining our reputation for excellence through precise plating and flavor profiles.

Kitchen Management: Upholding rigorous standards of hygiene (HACCP), organization, and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Experience: A strong background in high-volume, high-quality à la carte environments.

Autonomy: The ability to walk into a new kitchen and hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

Professionalism: Reliability is non-negotiable. We need a team player who is flexible and stays calm under pressure.

Terms & Benefits

Hourly Wage: 270 NOK per hour

Contract Period: ASAP – April 30, 2026

Accommodation: Provided onsite/nearby for 5,000–6,000 NOK per month

Travel: Paid by the candidate

Schedule Note: The hotel may be closed during the Easter break; specific dates will be discussed during the interview.
