Gressholmen Kro, a charming seaside restaurant located on the beautiful island of Gressholmen just outside Oslo, is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Kitchen Assistants to join our team! This is a full-time position, starting ASAP until August 31st. As part of our kitchen team, you will play an important role in helping create memorable dining experiences in a unique coastal setting. 🌊🍴

🔍 What We Look For

• Fluent in English; Scandinavian language skills are a plus

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not required

🎯 Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with food preparation and daily kitchen tasks

• Prepare ingredients and support mise en place

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and storage areas

• Follow hygiene and food safety regulations

• Assist with dishwashing and keeping workstations clean

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
