We are looking for a skilled Head Pizzaiolo to join our dynamic team at Posthallen Drinkhub, starting September 1, 2025. This is a full-time (100%) position, and we are excited to find someone ready to contribute to our innovative bar concept.
🔍 What We Look For
- A passion for pizza and Italian culinary traditions
- Experience in a professional kitchen, particularly with pizza preparation
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours in a busy bar environment
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Fluent in Norwegian or English
- A desire to engage with customers and share knowledge about pizzas and beverages
🎯 Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of pizzas from scratch following our unique recipes
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Ensure timely service and quality during busy periods
- Collaborate with the bar team to create pizza pairings with our diverse drink offerings
- Assist in kitchen inventory management and ingredient preparations
- Contribute ideas to enhance our pizza menu and guest experience
- HMS and ordering
- Train other Pizzaiolos
