We are seeking a Pizzaiolo at Pizza Da Mimmo Lilleaker. Starting as soon as possible!⭐️ We are excited to welcome a talented and experienced Pizzaiolo to Pizza Da Mimmo Lilleaker! We have one full-time (100%) position available, starting as soon as possible. If you are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and love showcasing authentic Italian cuisine, we want to hear from you!
🔍 What We Look For
- A deep passion for cooking and Italian culinary traditions
- Experience from similar positions
- Ability to execute according to specified routines and profitability goals
- Experience in daily mise en place and meal preparation
- Knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards
- Strong collaboration skills to foster teamwork within the kitchen and across departments
- Fluent in Norwegian or English
🎯 Responsibilities
- Create delicious and high-quality pizza in line with our restaurant concept
- Prepare meals for dinners, and special events
- Follow established guidelines for ingredient management and cleanliness
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and storage areas
- Ensure effective communication and cooperation with service staff, bar, and other departments
- Contribute to a positive work environment and assist colleagues when needed
- Work evenings and weekends as required by the restaurant schedule
- Ordering and organizing deliveries

Service hours are 16:00- 21:00 (15:00-21:00) and the kitchen is staffed with one pizzaiolo and one chef at all times. Mondays the restaurant is closed.
