About the position
🍕 Join Our Team at Panzanella – Now Hiring Pizzaiolo / Chef ! 👨🍳🇮🇹
Panzanella Pizzeria, a casual fine dining restaurant located in Stavanger, is seeking a talented pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team. We have one full-time (100%) position available, starting ASAP. Our restaurant is dedicated to serving authentic Italian cuisine, and we view pizza as an art form, crafted with care to deliver an exceptional experience.
🔍 What We Look For
- A passion for Italian cuisine and pizza-making
- Someone that can handle the hot section and not just Pizza. As we make ragu etc from scratch
- Strong understanding of traditional cooking methods
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced kitchen
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Experience in a professional kitchen environment is a plus
- Fluency in Norwegian or English
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake Rome style pizza of pizza using high-quality ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety standards
- Manage dough preparation, including mixing, kneading, and shaping
- Create new pizza recipes and contribute to menu development
- Ensure consistent presentation and flavor profiles for every dish
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
