🍕 Join Our Team at Panzanella – Now Hiring Pizzaiolo / Chef ! 👨‍🍳🇮🇹

Panzanella Pizzeria, a casual fine dining restaurant located in Stavanger, is seeking a talented pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team. We have one full-time (100%) position available, starting ASAP. Our restaurant is dedicated to serving authentic Italian cuisine, and we view pizza as an art form, crafted with care to deliver an exceptional experience.

🔍 What We Look For

  • A passion for Italian cuisine and pizza-making
  • Someone that can handle the hot section and not just Pizza. As we make ragu etc from scratch
  • Strong understanding of traditional cooking methods
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced kitchen
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Experience in a professional kitchen environment is a plus
  • Fluency in Norwegian or English

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake Rome style pizza of pizza using high-quality ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety standards
  • Manage dough preparation, including mixing, kneading, and shaping
  • Create new pizza recipes and contribute to menu development
  • Ensure consistent presentation and flavor profiles for every dish
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
