🔍 What We Look For
- Passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and lively environment
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues
- Good communication skills in Norwegian or English
- Previous experience in a hospitality role is a plus
🎯 Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages to guests efficiently
- Create unforgettable dining experiences through outstanding service
- Maintain cleanliness and freshness in all restaurant areas, including backrooms and storage
- Assist in upselling to enhance guest satisfaction
- Work closely with service, bar, kitchen, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately
- Greet guests and take orders with a friendly demeanor
- Guide guests through the menu and make recommendations
- Foster a positive work environment by supporting your team
