The positions are full-time (100%) and will commence on October 16, 2025. - Previous experience in a fine dining setting is preferred
🎯 Responsibilities
- Prepare dishes according to established routines and profitability goals
- Handle daily mise en place and ensure readiness for lunch, conference dinners, and events
- Adhere to food handling and hygiene practices to promote safety
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, storage areas, and workspaces
- Collaborate effectively with service, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to menu development and ensure alignment with our culinary concept
- Follow cleaning protocols as outlined by the restaurant
